If there is something that characterizes ZEROTEC, that is its ability to carry out special jobs, both due to the nature of the materials used and the difficulty of operating with them.
PLASTICS
At ZEROTEC we carry out cutting, folding and welding work using plastics as raw materials, such as: polyethylene, polypropylene, methacrylate, polycarbonate, Teflon, nylon and PET, among others.
These materials are mainly used in the automotive and pharmaceutical sectors, allowing solutions to problems where metal parts are not suitable and plastic injection manufacturing is not economically profitable.
SPECIAL WELDING
We carry out all kinds of welded work applying different welding processes (MIG/MAG, TIG, Electrode). For this we have our own approved procedures and approved and highly qualified welders.
We also do special welding to: cast iron (carbon steel or aluminum), aluminium, copper, brass, bronze, titanium and special steels such as cutting steels or molding steels.
